Peach and Prosciutto Salad with
Yogurt, Feta Cheese and Herbs
INGREDIENTS
% cup Dannon®
Plain Yogurt
A cup crumbled feta cheese
V cup sliced scallions

tbsp. chopped parsley
2
large ripe peaches, halved, pitted
and cut into wedges (8
per peach)
V lb. prosciutto, julienned
dash salt
dash pepper

cups arugula leaves
DIRECTIONS

ix well. Add peaches and
prosciutto. Toss to coat and season to taste.
